Develop igc options (#1180)

* Individual options for IGC extensions

* Remove unused var, address compiler complaint

* Minor cleanup

* Remove ALL and EVERY options, make defaults more obvious

* Simplify debug code, refactor maps, add test cases (<--tseven4 patch)

* Make QT5 happy

* capture serialization usage.txt file verbatim.
